Improved MIDI Karaoke import routine (some files caused words to appear on incorrect lines of song)
Song Editor/Save Karaoke now works for all imported .KAR files
Fixed Divide by zero error for Full-Preview if not previously saved
Fixed video/slideshow size not-adjusting-in-full-preview problem
Edit option for files in Explorer now works properly again hurrah!
Fixed bug with effects display in effects editor if changed off stretch-appear
