Improved Slideshow Editing (minor change)

Moved some options from "Song Editor" into new "Advanced Options" window.
Re-designed Song Editor, as well as "Advanced Options" there's a Full-Screen Preview button now.
The logo for the program's internet link areas now highlight as you move the mouse over them! (why did we bother?)
Fixed bug in "winOKE Find File" if sort field was changed.
Help now Compiled HTML-Help form!!!! Hurrah!
Now supports the new Windows Media Player (MPLAYER2.EXE) !!!
