Hardware - 2nd Monitor Switcher
This circuit allows you to connect a second monitor upto your computer and switch its display on and off using winOKE.

Circuit Operation The circuit makes a copy of the RED, GREEN and BLUE lines that come from the graphics card and output them to a second output. These lines have to be buffered in this way. The outputs on the op-amps are enabled when the correct signals via the parallel port.

Care MUST be taken to ensure that the 0v rail does NOT come into contact with the GND rail.

To use the circuit you need to set up winOKEs preferences as follows:

Conclusion This circuit is probably not the best way to achieve this effect. Using a second monitor using the multi-monitor support would give a better result.
